At 4D Furnishers, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Custom-Made Products
All our products are custom-made and personalized, therefore:
No refunds or returns are accepted once the order is confirmed.
Design approval is taken before production.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is received in damaged or defective condition:
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide photos/videos as proof
We will repair or replace the product as per our inspection
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of booking. After that, production starts and cancellation is not allowed.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–10 working days
The amount will be credited to the original payment method
5. Installation & Service Charges
Installation, delivery, and customization charges are non-refundable..
